Terms & Conditions
Terms: All orders are COD unless prior credit arrangements have been made. All accounts are due 30 days from the invoice date. Any account not paid by this date will be subject to a 1.5% service charge and will also owe any collection costs. We will cancel any account that is past 60 days due. If an unpaid account results in legal action, the customer is subject to any legal and court fees incurred by Currin's Nursery, Inc.
Prices: Our prices are subject to market conditions and can be changed at any time without any notice to our customers.
Guarantee: We guarantee that our crops are healthy, reasonably free of any weeds, and free of dangerous fire ants and gypsy moths at time of purchase. We also guarantee that our crops are true to name and are grown with the best possible practices. Once our plants leave the nursery, we are no longer responsible for them. We absolutely cannot be responsible for any plants removed from their pots and planted into any landscape. Therefore, any claims must be made before signing the invoice and purchasing the plants at our nursery. Plant origin and varietal disputes must be made within 5 days of plant purchase.
Availability: As availability is constantly changing, please call the office at (919) 552-4521 or fax (919) 552-7475 for verification. To avoid a long wait, please call in or fax orders 12-24 hours in advance of pick-up. For large orders (more than 200 plants) or orders containing large trees, a 24 hour or more advanced notice of pick-up or delivery is greatly appreciated.
Delivery: Delivery on our 24' shelved truck is available for a fee for a fully loaded truck for areas outside of the Triangle (for example, Rocky Mount, Greensboro, Charlotte, VA, MD, PA, SC, WV). Please call for our current per loaded mile delivery rate. Deliveries within the Triangle (Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Garner) will be $125 after 9:30 am and $150 between the hours of 7:00 am and 9:30 am due to the high volume of traffic during these times. If the driver must wait to be unloaded for an excess of 30 minutes, there will be an extra $40 per hour fee added to delivery charges. Extenuating circumstances, however, will be considered.
